    • How Will I Get Access To the Webinar?
      • You will receive an email containing a link to the Zoom platform, and a meeting ID
      • The start time reflects the time that the Zoom waiting room will open and when registrants will be verified before being admitted to the course. The course will start promptly 20 minutes later.
      • IMPORTANT! The Zoom link will take you to a Zoom registration page where you will enter your first and last name along with your email address.  Once you enter in the information, you will be registered and Zoom will send you a follow up email with a link to access the course.
      • For CEU certificate purposes, your Zoom name needs to match our registration list and should consist of your first and last name.  We only admit people whose names match our registration list.
      • How to check and change your zoom name: To check/change your Zoom name, you can sign out of Zoom and then sign back in.   When signing back in, you should be able to edit your name.  To change your name while signed in using the desktop application:  click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
    • Handout
      • We provide a downloadable handout for every webinar. You will receive an email  with a password protected link. You will be able to download or print the handout. The handout must not be shared
    • Will my live webinar be available as a recorded online, on-demand course?
      • All courses are currently being recorded by ERI for live educational purposes. If a course is going to then be produced as an on-demand, online course, it reflects that we have the proper patient/instructor permissions and approvals to offer this as an on-demand, password-protected online course. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer participants any recordings of live webinar courses that are not being produced as on-demand, online courses.
      • If you are participating in a live webinar that is being produced as an online offering, you will receive complimentary access to the online version of the course. Course participants will receive a special code once the recorded course is produced, typically 4-6 weeks after the course. We ask that you do not share the code as this special offer is intended just for course participants.
      • Please note that ERI strictly prohibits participants from taking screenshots, pictures, audio/video recording and distribution of any live webinar. Please note that in Massachusetts, where ERI is based, it is illegal to record another person through any medium without his or her knowledge.
