How do online courses work?

We know that for some of you, it may not be possible to attend every conference you would like, and for others, supplemental materials will enhance your learning when attending our highly regarded live programs. Still others have told us that they want to share the material they have learned at one of our live courses with their colleagues, administrators and the families they serve. That is why we developed our new e-Learning, program taught by leading experts in their fields. It’s the next best thing to attending live!

You can register for an online course using the same process as you would for a live course:How to register” . After completing your course registration, you will receive an email with a link to the ERI Digital Library, course code(s) and your order ID.  To access the videos, please go to the ERI Digital Video Library and open an account. In order to open an account, you will need your email address, course code(s) and your order ID. Once you have established an account in the Digital Library, you will have the opportunity to change your password. You can then log in anytime to watch your courses. To return to the digital library go to: and enter your email and password

If you forget your password there is  a “Forgot your Password?” link located on the front page/login page. This link will send you to a form which will ask for your email. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to change your password.

When registering in our online system the billing and registrant  information need to be the same (i.e. the log in information and course certificate will be only be sent to the email/name of the billing person).

If you are paying by check, please mail in a Registration Form  with your check. We will contact you with your log in information once payment is processed

What requirements does my computer need to fulfill in order to watch an online course?
You should be able to watch the online courses with ease as long as you have a compatible internet browser, a sufficient internet connection, and an up to date computer. If you have an older computer, it may detect that you do not have the necessary software installed to view the course. When this happens, your computer may guide you to download special software to view the course.

Where do I find course materials?
We provide all PowerPoint slides for a course and any additional handouts from the instructor under the courses “Handout” tab in the Digital Library. You can download handouts at your convenience.

How can I get my CEUs?
If you wish to get continuing education credits after watching this session, you will need to take the post-test and pass it with a grade of 80% or better. To take the exam, click the tab “Take Exam”. After you have submitted your answers, you will find out if you passed. If you passed, click the “Receive certificate” button to download and print your CEU certificate. If you did not pass, you may re-take the exam at your convenience until you pass.

Several of my colleagues would like to take the same online Therapies in the School course together during an upcoming professional development day. Is there special pricing for school districts? 
Yes, we encourage therapists and school administrators to use Therapies in the School Online for professional development. You can purchase one full course for $599, and receive one set of CEU certificates for one registrant. (You will receive a certificate for each individual session after passing each session’s post test.) For each additional set of CEU certificates, up to 19 sets, (i.e. 19 registrants) the cost is $44.  To receive these group discounts, all registrations must be received together. How long do I have to complete an online course? 
Users  have one year to complete a course after purchase.

What is the refund/cancellation policy for online courses?
There are no refunds for online courses. We take pride in the quality of our offerings. If something has not met your needs, please call us at 800-487-6530.
