Todd Valorie
Valorie Todd, MA, OTR, a respected clinician and teacher, has practiced as a pediatric Occupational Therapist for the past 24 years. Over that time she has worked at several private and public schools in NY and NJ. She has also held the position of Supervisor of Child and Family Services at the JFK Pediatric Rehabilitation Dept. Presently, Valerie works for the Kingston City Schools in addition to teaching several courses in the OT Departments of Mercy and Dominican Colleges and in the Interdisciplinary Studies of Infants and Preschoolers at Rutgers University. Her professional publications include chapters on “Visual Information Analysis” in Frames of Reference for Pediatrics OT and “Visual Task Analysis” in “Understanding and Managing Vision Deficits: A Guide for OT’s.” She also co-authored a SIS newsletter entitled “Visual Perceptual Tests: What do they tell us?”
