Robin Harwell

Robin is a speech and language pathologist with over 30 years of experience working with all ages and diagnoses. She has experience with assessment and treatment in a variety of settings, including hospital, clinic, Nursing Home, Home Health, private practice and public schools. She presently provides assessment and treatment in private practice and in a nursing home setting. She contracts and continues to train staff at a center for adults with special needs where she created a brain building center. She utilizes a theoretical framework that is based on neurogenesis, neuroplasticity and neurodevelopment for assessment and treatment of her patients. Her workshops provide the latest in the neuroscientific research of the day and its application to rehabilitation and development. She uses tools that support the brains ability to rewire itself versus teaching a skill. She is a sought after speaker presenting this information throughout the US.
